Melanie V. Miguel is a labor and employment law certified specialist who is committed to the representation of individuals who have been wronged by their employers. Melanie V. Miguel graduated from John Carroll University in 1991 with a Bachelors and Arts Degree and went on to attend the Cleveland Marshall College of Law. She obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree in 1994 and was admitted to practice Law in the State of Ohio in May 1995. In 1998, she was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Employment Lawyers Association, National Employment Lawyers Association, Cleveland Employment Lawyers Association, The Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys.
